MIC’s Journey

MIC began with a simple observation: many leaders sensed that something in Australian corporate culture was no longer working. A group of professionals from diverse backgrounds came together, united by a shared desire to restore clarity, accountability and sound judgement. From that shared purpose, MIC was created – to help organisations build cultures where merit, integrity and performance reinforce one another.
